From our perspective as a construction managers, the process begins well before ground is broken—with comprehensive pre-construction planning. Here, we work closely with clients and design professionals to define the project’s scope, establish budgets, develop schedules, and coordinate permitting and design deliverables. Once the framework is in place, we guide the procurement phase, facilitating contractor selection and securing critical materials and services. During construction, we lead the day-to-day execution, ensuring quality control, maintaining progress against the schedule, and managing costs and changes with precision. As the project nears completion, we oversee the closeout process, including final inspections, system commissioning, and a smooth transition of the facility to its owner. In many cases, we remain involved post-construction to support operations, address warranty items, and ensure the building performs as intended.
